“We employed the services of Lionel Foster of Country End Survey to set out the site position for a new minor dwelling at our Leveloff Rd Property in Paremoremo Auckland.

It was great working with Lionel, while going through the process of setting out the site he was able to detect an error in the initial site location planed for the dwelling and worked with us, to both reposition the site to accommodate council requirements without the need for any planning amendments, and also incorporate a better location for the building to use our existing parking and access for the build.
